Six engagements, and what actually moved the number.

Two in Web3, two in real estate, two in fashion. Each started with a diagnosis, not a channel. Client names withheld under NDA — I’ll walk you through the accounts on a call.

Web3Growth & Community

From Discord noise to 40,000 qualified wallets

A layer-2 protocol had 90,000 Discord members and no idea which of them mattered. We built an agent-run, wallet-level qualification pipeline, killed the bot-farmed airdrop tiers, and rebuilt the launch funnel around proof-of-use rather than proof-of-presence.

Nine projects, one account, 47% cheaper site visits

A developer was running nine disconnected ad accounts bidding against each other on the same micro-markets. We consolidated to one structure keyed to project inventory and margin, rebuilt the lead forms around intent, and pushed CRM outcomes back into the platforms.

FashionBrand & Positioning

Repositioned a D2C label and doubled full-price sell-through

A four-year-old clothing brand had grown on discounts and could no longer stop. We ran customer and lost-sale interviews, rewrote the positioning around a specific occasion rather than a demographic, and rolled it through the site, the packaging and the paid creative before the season drop.

Ranked an exchange for terms its competitors only bid on

Every competitor in the category was buying the same expensive keywords and nobody had built the organic layer. We fixed a JavaScript rendering problem hiding the asset pages, built a programmatic price-and-explainer layer, and earned links with original on-chain data.

One developer, six micro-markets, page one in each

Six project microsites were competing with the parent brand and with each other. We consolidated into one authority domain with a proper location architecture, cleaned up citations, and built review generation into the site-visit workflow.

FashionAutomation & AI Agents

An agent that decided when to message, not a calendar

Strong acquisition, almost no second purchase, and a lifecycle calendar nobody trusted. We built an n8n workflow that reads what someone actually wears and returns, and an agent that decides the next message and channel — replacing a fixed send schedule with one that runs on real behaviour, unattended.

Kind words

What clients say.

He learned our protocol faster than the last two agencies learned our name, and he was the only one willing to tell us the token utility was the problem, not the marketing.
[Client name][Title], [Company]
We had nine ad accounts and no idea which one was working. Within a quarter the cost per site visit had almost halved and I could finally answer that question in a board meeting.
[Client name][Title], [Company]
The positioning work changed how the whole company talks about itself — sales, design, everyone. We stopped discounting because we finally had something else to say.

Questions
Why are the client names not shown?

Most of this work sits under NDA or involves competitive strategy the client would rather not publish — particularly in Web3, where launch mechanics are the moat. On a call I can walk you through the accounts, dashboards and specific decisions, including references from clients happy to speak.

Are these results typical?

No result is typical — that’s the honest answer. These are engagements that went well, chosen because they show the method. I’ve also had campaigns that failed, and I’ll happily tell you about those on a call, because what went wrong is usually more instructive.

Three very different industries — doesn’t that mean shallow expertise?

Each one is technically different in a way the others could not have taught me. Web3 forced me to understand rendering and on-chain data. Real estate forced me to understand CRM and attribution across a twelve-month cycle. Fashion forced me to understand feeds, platforms and creative velocity. The vocabulary changes every time; the diagnosis does not.

Can I speak to a past client?

Yes. Once we’re past a first conversation and there’s a real fit, I’ll connect you with clients at a comparable stage and in a comparable market.
