The best marketingsystem is the onenobody has to run.
Reporting that assembles itself. Leads that get qualified before anyone touches them. Lifecycle messages triggered by real behaviour, not a calendar. Built in n8n, running whether or not I’m awake.
Most marketing automation stays an idea because it needs an engineer to build it, and engineers have a product roadmap that doesn’t include your lead routing. So it stays manual, and manual work is where good strategy quietly dies.
I build it myself, in n8n: workflows that move data between your ad accounts, your CRM, your CMS and your spreadsheets without anyone copying and pasting, and AI agents that read an inbound lead, a support message or a data feed and decide what happens next.
None of this requires you to hire a developer or wait for one. It requires someone who understands both the marketing outcome and the plumbing well enough to build the thing that produces it.

The work, specifically.
Lead routing & qualification
An agent reads every inbound lead — form, WhatsApp, chat — scores it against your actual buying signals, and routes or replies before a human has to look at it.
Reporting that runs itself
Dashboards and Slack or WhatsApp digests assembled automatically from your ad accounts, CRM and analytics, so Monday morning starts with answers instead of a spreadsheet.
Lifecycle & retention automation
Email, WhatsApp and in-app flows triggered by real behaviour rather than a send calendar, with an agent handling the judgment calls a static flow can’t.
MarTech stack integration
Your ad platforms, CRM, CMS and spreadsheets, connected in n8n so data moves once and stays consistent everywhere it’s used.
Human-in-the-loop where it matters
Every agent ships with a clear boundary: what it decides alone, what it flags for a person, and an audit trail for both — because unsupervised automation is how you lose trust in one email.
AI agents for content & research
Agents that draft first-pass ad copy, summarise competitor moves or triage support and reviews — built to make a senior person faster, not to replace their judgement.
How I think about automation.
Automate the queue, not the judgment. The work worth automating is repetitive and well-defined — routing, tagging, reporting, first-pass replies. The work that stays human is the 20% that actually requires taste or accountability. Getting that boundary wrong is how a company ends up with a chatbot promising refunds it can’t authorise.
I build in n8n because it’s transparent — you can open any workflow and see exactly what it does, unlike a black-box SaaS automation tool you’re renting by the seat. Every workflow I hand over comes documented well enough that your team can extend it without me.
Across three markets, this looks different every time: a Web3 team needs an agent watching on-chain events, a real estate developer needs leads routed to the right project and salesperson in under a minute, a fashion brand needs post-purchase flows triggered by what someone actually wears rather than a fixed day count.
Do I need to already use n8n?
No. Most clients don’t have any automation in place, which is normal — I set up the account, build the workflows and document them so your team can read and extend them later.
What happens if the AI agent gets something wrong?
It’s designed to. Every agent has a defined confidence boundary: below it, the item goes to a human instead of guessing. We set that boundary deliberately, and it’s the first thing we tune once real data comes in.
Is this the same as buying a chatbot tool?
No. Off-the-shelf tools rent you a narrow, closed workflow. n8n workflows are built around your actual stack and your actual rules, you own the account, and there’s no vendor lock-in if you want to move it in-house later.
Can this replace a marketing hire?
No, and I won’t pitch it that way. It removes the repetitive load so the person in the seat spends their time on strategy and judgment instead of copying data between tools.
What does an automation engagement look like?
A short scoping pass to map what’s currently manual, then build in two-week cycles — one workflow shipped and running before the next one starts, rather than a three-month build with nothing live until the end.
Works even better with…
Automation is the multiplier under everything else here — it’s what makes the SEO reporting, the ad account hygiene and the lifecycle flows actually run without someone remembering to do it.
